Why a career in our digital team?

Transformational projects

We have a transformational plan ahead to modernise our infrastructure and technology platforms, with some major projects underway, including SAP Modernisation, NZ Parole Board Future Operating Model and Modern Prisons

Make a difference

We're a values-led organisation passionate about making a difference for our people.

Our work supports both our staff and people in prison or community sentences, and our aim is to deliver technology that improves people’s wellbeing. Hōkai Rangi, our strategy for improving outcomes for Māori, is a key driver in our work.

Awesome team

As well your peers in Digital, there's an Inclusion and Diversity group, social and sporting teams, health and safety advocates, helplines, and external partners so you're never short of awhi and support.

Hear from our team

Our team is made up of IT professionals, systems trainers, project managers, security experts and more. We work on a variety of meaningful projects - from providing people in prison access to technology essential for their rehabilitation, to developing mobile apps for Corrections Officers.
